Early tomorrow morning I'm off to Pittsburgh airport to catch my flight to Los Angeles, via Chicago. I'm all packed, except for the laptop which I've installed an alarm clock on to wake me up in the morning. Hope it works!!
Yesterday Bob, Kim and I headed over to the Organic restuarant in Cleveland so I could say thanks for their generosity and hospitality. The meal was a buffet which was unexpected, and very nice. I had 4 desserts :-) While there I saw something else totally new to me - yellow and purple cauliflower!!
It has been great staying here with Bob and Kim. I've certainly indulged in a wonderful range of experiences with them. I remember it wasn't that long ago that I was waiting outside at Akron airport in the snow and ice, and yesterday it was lovely and sunny, not a cloud in the sky.
Bob and Kims friendship, help and generosity have contributed greatly to the fun and success I have experienced to date on my US adventure. I hope that in at least some small way I have reciprocated that experience.
